This is the LCSR ticket system. Logins use CAS:

Customers: If you login here, you will be able to see the status of tickets submitted by email, but only if the mail was sent from your "Official Rutgers Email Address", as defined in University data. You can change that at http://netid.rutgers.edu, in "Manage Email Addresses."
